In PC TimeWatch, authorized users are
|•||the users who are authorized to run a Windows session.|
|•||the users for whom you want to restrict the use of certain programs.|
So an authorized user can also be a "monitored" (or restricted) user. But before a user can be restricted, she must be authorized. An authorized user for whom you didn't restrict any program, can open a Windows session and use any program she wants at any time. On the other hand, a user not belonging to that list will not be able to run a Windows session.
The PC TimeWatch Manager and, in emergency mode, any user belonging to the Administrators group are always authorized. Additionally, The PC TimeWatch Manager cannot be restricted.
